Terms
**A travel assignment is defined as a contract assignment of 4 – 13 weeks in duration with a minimum commitment of 36 work hours per week.
**HealthOne Staffing reserves the right to cancel or amend the promotion terms at any time.
**Referral payments are not paid for or to employees that are terminated or otherwise fail to satisfy the terms of their employment with HealthOne.
**The $1 referral program does not extend to CNAs and LVNs.
